Of course! Each product is handcrafted using traditional art forms by artisans in India. These products also help preserve some of these art forms.
Are your products environment friendly?
The majority of our products are made with environment friendly (natural/ organic) materials, and one of the values of Fair Trade is ensuring an eco friendly working environment for the producer.
Do you wholesale your bags?
Absolutely! For retailers who want to buy upto $500 or more for resale we would be happy to talk to you. Just contact us at email@example.com with your request and we can give you further information on our wholesale program.
Could you do custom designs for a volume purchase?
We are able to do custom designed leather journals with your logo (or anything you want) when purchasing 50 or more of the design. Just email us and we are happy to walk you through the process. We have done custom journals for namaste, silverline and many other companies.
How long will it take my order to reach me?
We ship exclusively through the Air max, FedEx, DHL and other service with 2 shipping options (air shipping and shipping cargo): Mostly orders are shipped within 10 days by air shipping and 45 days by shipping cargo from AHMEDABAD and MUMBAI
Priority Mail – 7 to 10 days anywhere in the world by air shipping.
Priority Mail – 35 to 45 days anywhere in the world by shipping cargo.
How much will be shipping cost?
It depends on where you want us to deliver order and how fast you want it there. All order shipping costs are based primarily on weight and location. We have found FedEx shipping is the fastest, easiest, and least expensive way to ship!

I received a damaged item. What do I do?
Please contact us within 15 days of receipt of the item(s) to let us know of the damage or defect. We will work with you in order to provide a replacement or refund/credit for the product. If there are quality issues, we may request to see a photo of the product, so we can share this feedback with our artisans and prevent this issue from arising in the future.
